SUMMARY: A +anima boy who is known for his naive nature, large appetite, and to be almost constantly smiling; he is also obedient and passive to almost a fault. -----------------------------------------------This Is A Wasteland, Make Your Move FACTION: Vindico THE CHOICE: He joined Vindico basically because he felt there was no other option. He doesn't like fighting, but like all +anima, he had no choice but to turn to one of the factions for protection, and so choose Vindico as he couldn't identify with either Caminus or Fatum. THOUGHTS ON +ANIMA: He has fully accepted his +anima, and doesn't feel that +anima are either inferior or superior to regular humans. SPOILER: Click to show Due to special circumstances, he has been a +anima since birth, and as such, doesn't really know what it's like to be a regular human. JOB: Doesn't really play any special role within the faction - he's just another member. Like all members, he will have to fight if need be, but due to his age, can't be a main warrior. If anything, he is usually given grunt work like cleaning or delivering messages around the base. Nana - Close Friend - A bat +anima who he became almost like family with during his travels. Senri - Close Friend - A bear +anima who he became almost like family with during his travels. HISTORY: *History contains major spoilers for the whole series* SPOILER: Click to show A boy who was born in the small town of Lilt under unique circumstances. His mother died while she was still pregnant with him, and likewise, he would've perished without ever being born, if his hometown hadn't had the unique tradition of leaving the bodies of their dead out to be eaten by crows due to their belief that the birds ferried souls to heaven. Still alive during the process, his subconscious desire to follow his mother's soul to paradise is ironically what caused him to gain his anima. The display made him noticed by those their grieving, and he was saved by the villagers and eventually taken to be raised in a nearby orphanage in Kilter. He was never told what happened or what caused him to become a +anima, but he was raised their like a normal child. There was a laboratory hidden by the orphanage that researched +anima, though, and a certain scientist named Fly took an interest him in. This was partially for the fact that he'd always been a +anima and also partially for the fact that he had the unique ability to sense the presence of other +anima. He was made a research assist, and, being gullible, also agreed to give Fly his anima when he was older through a new type of +anima implantation surgery that had been developed. Before then, though Fly decided to make use of his ability to find other +anima by sending him away and telling him to seek out and bring more +anima back to him. As pliable and obedient as always, he did as he was told and left to find other +anima for Fly. Eventually, he did manage to find several others, including three that he got to travel with him. First, a fish +anima named Husky. Secondly a bear +anima named Senri. And finally, a bat +anima named Nana. As time went on, though, he began to realize that he was happier with them than he'd ever been with Fly, and began to purposely try to push away thoughts of leading them back to Kilter and instead continued to live with them. But Fly instead caught up with him, and the four of them ended up traveling to Kilter. Despite his attempts to avoid it, his secret was exposed, which resulted in his companions abandoning him, despite the fact that they ended up proving useless to Fly. The boy was also forced to make good on his promise to give Fly his anima once his journey was over, and he had the surgery that ended with his anima being removed from him and implanted into the researcher. A bizarre reaction that almost ended with his death resulted, but in the end his companions decided to come back and their actions and acceptance ended up saving him. His anima also left Fly and returned to him of it's own accord, and left Fly, who was airborne at the time, to plummet to his end. After everything went back to normal, the four traveled back to live with someone they'd previously met during their travels.
