	Passage To Kilter Laboratory A secret, underground passage that comes out close to the hidden laboratory in Kilter. Supposedly, some shadier research has gone on there than in Astar's institutes... There is also supposedly an eccentric man who was once a famous +anima researcher residing down here after ruining and mutating himself with his own research. Astaria's capital, and largest city. It is as modern as you can get on this continent, and is filled with scholars, researchers, and the wealthy. It is also a hot-spot for tourists, traders, and shops. It rests on a sea inlet in Eastern Astaria, and also has a port.
